After the Clippy installation there will be a Clippy icon on the desktop.
Double click this icon to start Clippy. Notice there is a Clippy icon in the system tray (near the computer clock), this shows that Clippy is active and running.
Clippy is designed to run all the time and on each computer boot up Clippy will automatically start.
